How do I place an order on All African Colours shop?

Ordering with us is quick and simple:

Orders can be placed on our website, 24 hours a day. If you are a returning customer you will need your account and email details to complete your order.

Quick Order:
Perfect for when you don’t have much time, our quick order facility allows you to key in item numbers to find products quickly, choose the sizes and quantities and put them directly in your basket.

How do I create my own All African Colours account?

You are able to register your account on our website so that you can easily manage your account online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you are opening an account by placing your first order online, during the order process, you will automatically be registered to manage your account online.

Do I need to link my bank account?

As we accept payments through PayPal, there is no need for your bank details.

How do I track my order?

Please note, whilst we are able to display delivery tracking points for most orders, not all are available.

If your order does not arrive when expected, you haven’t had any communication from us to advise of a delay, or have any queries regarding your order please contact us via  email using our Contact Us page.

How do I manage my account?

You can manage your account online by clicking on ‘My Account’ and setting up your access details. If you have already registered, simply log in with your email address and password.

By logging in to ‘My Account’ you are able to manage your account 24 hours a day. Once logged in you are able to do the following:

Change your account details:
Select ‘View Personal Details’, then select the ‘Edit Details’ option. Any amendments you make will be updated within 48 hours.

View your recent orders:
Select ‘View Order History’. You can check your last orders.

Make and manage your payments:
Select ‘Payments’. Within this section, you can make debit or credit card payments.

How secure is the admin area?

You can be assured that we have robust systems in place to prevent unauthorised access. Because we comply with the Payment Card Industry’s guidelines, you are also protected no matter which method you use to place your order.
You should always make sure that your internet browser is up to date and that you have anti-malware software installed.
There are known security risks for users of Windows XP operating system when browsing with Internet Explorer. (Usually versions 7 & 8)
This has been proved to be insecure and leaves the customer’s details vulnerable to interception from a third party.
Because of this, we can no longer provide access to our website for these browser versions as this would put your personal data at risk.

How do I cancel my account?

If you wish to close your account, please contact us via our Contact Us page.

Please ensure you provide us with your full name, address including post code, date of birth and account number, so that we can clearly identify the correct account.

Please be aware, we may need to retain certain Financial information for 7 years. We will only retain information that we are legally obliged to.
